One of Gordon Brown’s very first duties as Prime Minister was to meet Castlemilk resident Sean Dyantyi who won an award for his innovative new business, JUNK ME.

The company, based in Castlemilk, offers friendly, environmentally responsible removal of junk from residential and commercial premises.

Sean was selected from the whole of Scotland for the award of Innovation through Integration.

South African Sean gained a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance at Stirling University. After graduation in November 2004, he  stayed on through the Home Office’s Fresh Talent scheme.
