    Refugee celebrations

    Refugee week will be celebrated on Thursday 21 June in the Pearce Institute on 840 Govan Road, Govan starting at 6pm.

    The event has been organised by Community Inclusion Co-ordinator Angela Gardiner at Linthouse Urban Village.~

    There will be African drumming, music and dance from Ayawara and a performance by the Eurydice Choir. Local children who have been learning African drumming will perform. There will be opportunities to dance with instructors available to show how.

    And…everything is FREE!

    Entrance, food and entertainment. Come and be a part of it.
