Customers of Scottish Gas who have fuel debts can apply to the SCOTTISH GAS ENERGY TRUST to have these debts cleared.

They can also apply for help with other household bills and costs and for help with replacement or repair of condemned gas appliances.

These awards are grants, not loans – they do not have to be repaid.

So far, over £2million has been paid to over 5,000 individuals round the UK.
