Castlemilk Post Office is to move 100 yards from 27 Dougrie Drive into R.S. McColl’s in Castlemilk Arcade after the close of business on Wednesday 28 March. Opening hours in the new premises will be extended.

Said Sandy Wilson, The Braes Shopping Arcade manager, ‘The new owners of the Arcade are delighted. Being the centre of the community it is only right a post office should be there.’ Another recent addition to the Arcade is the Glasgow South East Carers Centre and a modern cheque cashing centre.
