Chef Mohammed Saleem has an exclusive new recipe – he’s taken over the management of the original India Pearl restaurant at 1003 Aikenhead Road, King’s Park, where he’s been chef for the past seven years.

His cooking helped establish the high reputation of the Tandoori establishment and he plans to develop it further.
