    Missing pollok man

    Iain Cowie, missing from his Pollok Hartstone Road home since July 19, has been found dead in at an address in Drumoyne’s Arngask Road.

    Strathclyde Police said that there appeared to be ‘no suspicious circumstances’. Mr Cowie’s body turned up after a six-week absence, described as ‘totally out of character’, during which time Police were unable to locate him.

    Father-of-two Mr Cowie was last seen leaving an interview for a shipbuilding job at Clydebank’s BAE Systems.
